Happy Thanksgiving to everyone. Please enjoy the time off as we prepare to celebrate the birth of Jesus. Take some time over this Thanksgiving break to reflect on all of the joys in our lives, and also reflect on how we can better ourselves in preparation for Christ.
Hopefully everyone has waited to decorate for Christmas!!!!
God bless,
Mr. Snyder

Thanks to everyone tuning into my page. I will try to keep this page as updated as I can. All students have access to the weekly schedule in my room. I will do my best to stick to this schedule, but there will be some instances where we have to veer from the path.
Each student is responsible for keeping up with the workload. My classes are taught in a lecture style. Students are to take detailed notes, which may be used on worksheets, quizzes, and tests. I do not give extra credit unless I come across a project of some sort that can be fun and educational.
Please check this page randomly for updates and posts. I will have the week's schedule posted under the "Content" tab above. Any E-Learning will be posted in the "E-Learning" tab.
If a student is in need of a copy of the slides and does not have access to a printer, they may approach me before or after class and I will make sure they are provided to them. These resources will be available to each student the day after our lecture is complete. Please note: If a student is repeatedly getting the handouts, and are not diligently taking notes, I will no longer provide the resources. The resources are to be there as a helpful tool not as a substitute of doing the work.
It is important for students to turn in assignments ON TIME. I will accept late work up until a certain point. Late work will automatically lose 5 points. If I do not receive assignments on time, they will go into the gradebook as a 0 until the work is turned in. I will not put a grade of 0 in for work that was missed due to an absence.
If you have any questions, comments, or concerns, please feel free to reach out. I will be as open and transparent as possible. Thanks for allowing your students to take this educational journey with us here at St Johns. We strive to guide each student to be a life long learner, teach them a Christ-centered Catholic way of life, and set them up to achieve academic success.
