We have a dedicated, loving, and professional staff for our before and after care program, running from 7:00-7:45 a.m. before school and 2:30 (school dismissal) to 5:45 p.m. every school day. Our aftercare program has space for homework, games, and tables/center, as well as our gym floor for active play, shared with athletic teams' access. 

Our 2024-2025 rates which include both before & after care are as follows: 

• 1 child, before and after care-$45/week
• 2 children, before and after care-$60/week
• 3 or more children, before and after care-Please contact Mrs. Fox for rates and availability
• Families may choose to attend 4 or fewer days per week, and the above rates may be broken down to $9/day or $12/day respectively. 

A drop-in service is also available for a family who needs aftercare only infrequently and on a non-scheduled basis. These rates are:

• Drop-in After Care for 1 Child: $10/day
• Drop in After Care for Two or More Children: $15/day
• For families that need before care only (7:00-7:45 a.m.), regardless of the number of children, this service is $3/day x 180 days of school = $540 for the year. 
• Families in need of childcare for kids in Pre-K half day, the rates are $15/day or $75/week.

Fees for Before and After Care is billed monthly: 

• 1 child, $9/day
• 2 children, 12/day
• 3 or more children, $14/day
• 
  

Finally, our before/aftercare program offers standard drop-off for two-hour late snow/fog days. This means a family can drop off at 7:00 a.m., and the children will then make the school day at the 9:50 start. Our rate for this is $10/occurrence per family, regardless of the number of children. This applies for registered families or for families that use the drop-in option. 

Whether a family enrolls in our full day childcare program or before/after care, a one-time annual registration fee of $50 per family applies. This will be billed the first week your child attends and you will have 10 days to make the payment. It is billed through our FACTS program. It is nonrefundable if you cancel/leave our childcare program. All payments are made in FACTS, our tuition management system, and may be arranged on a semi-monthly (2x/month), monthly, semi-annual (2x/year), or annual basis.
